Parking

Parking at the Wyndham is $5 per day. You should leave your parked car there and take the shuttle to Monefiore Hospital. There are 2 shuttles, one leaving at 7am and one leaving at 7:15 am.

If you are not staying in the Wyndham you may still park you car in their lot at the same rate of $5 per day.

Alternate parking is available in the Montefiore Hospital garage. To get to the Montefiore garage from 5th Avenue take a right onto Darragh St. At the first light make a left onto Terrace St. Make your first left onto Buffalo St. and enter the garage at that level.

Please click this link to see a map of the garage. If you are planning to park in this lot, please contact the Internal Medicine Residency Office prior to your interview day, as your name will need to be added to the parking list.

Once you have parked in the garage walk into the lobby. You will be on the 7th floor of Montefiore hospital. Go straight past the elevators and make a right across from the 7th Floor Café.

Walking directions from the Wyndham to Monefiore 7th Floor Resident Library (In the event of a missed shuttle):

Proceed North on Mckee Place across Forbes Avenue until you reach the intersection of 5th Ave and McKee Place. Cross 5th Ave and enter the Kauffman building. Take the elevators to the 9th floor. Once off the elevators, walk across the bridge- which becomes the 7th floor of Montefiore hospital. Turn right at the end of the bridge. Follow the hallway, you will turn left and then a quick right, until you reach the 7th floor Café. Turn left and proceed down the hallway to room 713N, the Resident Library.
